WE GLADLY REFUND AND EXCHANGE ALL NON-SALE ORDERS RETURNED TO US WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT WITH A VALID, PRINTED AND COMPLETED RETURN FORM. 

SORRY, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON SALE/REDUCED ITEMS. 

Refunds
We gladly refund all non-sale orders returned to our office within 15 business days of original receipt with a valid, printed and completed return form. Please note: if either of these conditions are not met, we are unable to process the refund and your goods will be returned to sender.  

  • Please contact ciao@cincinswim.com to authorise the return and receive the provided return form. Please ensure this form is included printed and completed with your goods.
  • We do not cover return postage expenses, nor do we take responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods. Please ensure you choose a trackable and reliable shipping company. 
  • Upon our receipt of your goods, a refund will be issued via the original method used to purchase within 3 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to clear. We will confirm your refund's completion via email.
  • Goods must be returned in unused, unworn and odourless condition with all original garment tags or  hygiene stickers in place. Goods that are worn, damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

 

Exchanges 
We offer store credit in exchange for all non-sale orders returned to us within 15 business days of receipt with a valid, printed and completed return form. Please note: if either of these conditions are not met, we are unable to process the exchange and the goods will be returned to sender.
