  • WE MUST RECEIVE THE ITEMS BACK WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE TO YOU (STATED IN TRACKING INFORMATION)
  • IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS, UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND YOU. WE STRONGLY URGE YOU TO USE A TRACKED SHIPPING SERVICE AND RECORD THE TRACKING INFORMATION TO REFER TO LATER IN CASE OF DELAY OR A LOST PACKAGE
