How long will it take to receive my order?

Currently, our processing times are increased to 3-5 business days due to COVID-19. We alternate between shipping companies FedEx, DHL and TNT depending on the varying fuel prices and COVID-19 customs delays on any given day to any given location.  

Once shipped, your order would have taken 3 business days to reach you prior to COVID-19 with any of our selected shippers. At present there are common customs delays due to sanitising at different ports and the timeline is usually 5-7 business days worldwide. 

    How can I track my parcel? 

    You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched (usually within 24hrs of placing your order). Please note, this will be the second email you receive from us, coming after your order confirmation at time of purchase.
